We had an ongoing tile issue from the first year we built our pool 8 years ago. It seemed like we had warranty work every year. Once they even ripped it all out and told us our original tile was discontinued but they had something similar. It was covered 100% so we proceeded. We were finally fed up and decided to consult with another pool builder. One came out and had no follow through. Abbey Anne was recommended in so many groups I decided to contact them. Oh my goodness! We were so impressed. The communication is unparalleled! So many great things in this process but Abbey even found the discontinued tile that is not discontinued.
The first visit they realized that a step was skipped in the original build which is why it kept failing. Abbey said that they would take care of it. The spa tile waterfall looks better than the original! In the process the mason found other issues and fixed those too. It was not a huge job but we were treated like it was. “Abbey was incredibly helpful! She assisted us in choosing a new plaster color for our pool and was able to come to our home, see our finish outs, review choices with us, provide photos as examples of pools finished in those colors from her past work and even drive us to one of her pools so we could see the plaster in person and with water in the pool! She is incredibly knowledgeable, detailed and helpful! I would have loved to have her assist with all of our design choices if we had found her sooner, but we are so thankful we found her when we did.
